60-30-10 COLOR RULE

Are you afraid to experiment with colors? Then this tip will serve you a lot.

There are countless ways to add color to our looks, however it can be a complicated task if you do not have much mastery. Believe me when I tell you that, controlling this rule, you will not have loss. Even mastering it, it will also be useful to combine colors in decoration, graphic design, presentations...

The first thing you have to do is choose 3 colors and distribute them as follows:

60% for a dominant color. It is the most important color. The one who gives the first impression and dominates the look.

30% for a complementary color. The secondary color will be in charge of giving more interest to the whole.

10% for an accent color. This will be the subtle touch for everything else to shine. You can use here the trend colors of each season or those that may be more striking for your style but that you would like to implement in a look.
